Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steak
- 1 cup favorite stuffing
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make your favorite stuffing recipe (boxed or homemade). In a saucepan, heat oil to medium high heat and sear each side of rib eye steak for 1-2 minutes.
Place ribeye steaks in baking pan and put stuffing on top with a slice of cheese on top. Bake rib eye steaks in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and crispy. Serve baked rib eye and stuffing immediately with favorite vegetable.
