Steak Fajita Ingredients:
- 1 ribeye steak
- 3 flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup green peppers
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Steak Fajita Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat. Put salt and pepper on steak and place ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan, saute green peppers and mushrooms and add cilantro. Remove ribeye steaks from grill and cut steak into slices. Place ribeye steak into flour tortilla and top with cheese, green pepper mixture, sour cream and salsa.
Wrap all ingredients together and serve the perfect rib eye steak wraps with tortilla chips.
