Rib Eye Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 leek sliced thinly
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear all sides of the rib eye steaks until browned.  Continue to cook the steaks for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.  Remove the pan fried rib eye steaks from skillet and set them on a warmed plate.  Add to the skillet the leeks, red wine, garlic, salt and pepper and reduce to half.  Add flour to the reduced red wine mixture and allow the sauce to thicken.  Pour the sauce over both of the pan fried rib eye steaks to serve.
