Sizzling Onion Gravy Rib Eye Steak

Rib Eye Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steaks
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup water

Directions:
Using a small bowl, mix together the flour, pepper, salt, garlic powder and tarragon.  Heat the olive oil to medium high heat and saute the onions. 

Meanwhile, cover each side of the rib eye steaks with the flour mixture and place into the skillet with the onions.  Pour water into skillet and simmer for 1-2 hours or until the rib eye steaks are tender.
