Grilled Ribeye Steak with White Wine Reduction

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup demi glaze
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Put salt and pepper on steak and place ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes. 

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce white wine to half and add demi glaze, mushrooms, garlic, basil and tarragon.  Simmer until slightly thickened.  Remove the grilled ribeye steak from grill and pour sauce over top. 

Serve grilled ribeye steaks with side salad and whipped potatoes.
