Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steaks
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season each rib eye steak with salt and pepper and dredge them into flour. Dip the rib eye steaks into the beaten egg and coat them with the bread crumbs.
Place the rib eye steaks into the heated oil and fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve the fried rib eye steak with your favorite gravy.
