Pan Fried Rib Eye Steak with a Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 leek sliced thinly
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear all sides of the rib eye steaks until browned.  Continue to cook the steaks for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.  Remove the pan fried rib eye steaks from skillet and set them on a warmed plate.  Add to the skillet the leeks, red wine, garlic, salt and pepper and reduce to half.  Add flour to the reduced red wine mixture and allow the sauce to thicken.  Pour the sauce over both of the pan fried rib eye steaks to serve.

French Marinade for Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup french dressing
- 1 whole clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
To create the marinade for ribeye steak, combine the french dressing, garlic and lemon juice.  Place the ribeye steaks into the french dressing marinade and allow it to set for 2-6 hours.  Remove the ribeye steaks from the marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.  Preheat broiler to high and place the marinaded ribeye steaksinto the oven for 7-12 minutes or until desired doneness.

Beef Rib Eye Steak with Creamy Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 beef rib eye steaks
- 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp tarragon

Directions:
Press the ground peppercorn into the beef ribeye steaks.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown both sides of the beef ribeye steaks for about 3-5 minutes.  Remove the beef ribeye steaks from the pan and set on a heated plate.  Add the red wine to the skillet and scrap any drippings left behind from the beef ribeye steaks.  Add the cream, salt and tarragon to the red wine in the skillet and heat until thickened.  Pour the cream sauce over top of each steak to serve.

Swiss Broil Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup favorite stuffing
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Make your favorite stuffing recipe (boxed or homemade).  In a saucepan, heat oil to medium high heat and sear each side of ribeye steak for 1-2 minutes.  Place ribeye steaks in baking pan and put stuffing on top with a slice of cheese on top.  Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and crispy.  Serve immediately with favorite vegetable.
