Sweet and Sour Seared Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Sear ribeye steaks on both sides for 1-2 minutes each.  Reduce heat to medium and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.  Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan and cook onion until transparent.  Combine flour into the onion mixture and mix well.  Add beef broth, lemon juice, brown sugar and mix until creamy.  Slice ribeye steaks into 2 inch strips and pour sauce over top.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Serve with rice or green beans.
