Peppercorn Grilled Rib Eye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 whole clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Mix together the red wine, lemon juice and garlic clove in a shallow dish.  Place the ribeye steaks into the wine sauce and allow them to marinade for 2-6 hours.  Preheat the grill to medium high heat and press the ground peppercorn into all the sides of the ribeye steaks.  Place the ribeye steaks on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes per side.  Serve the grilled rib eye steak with your favorite potato recipe and bon appetite.

Swiss Broil Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup favorite stuffing
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Make your favorite stuffing recipe (boxed or homemade).  In a saucepan, heat oil to medium high heat and sear each side of ribeye steak for 1-2 minutes.  Place ribeye steaks in baking pan and put stuffing on top with a slice of cheese on top.  Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and crispy.  Serve immediately with favorite vegetable.  

Grilled Ribeye Steak with White Wine Reduction

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup demi glaze
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Put salt and pepper on steak and place ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.  Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce white wine to half and add demi glaze, mushrooms, garlic, basil and tarragon.  Simmer until slightly thickened.  Remove the grilled ribeye steak from grill and pour sauce over top.  Serve with side salad and whipped potatoes.

Best Rib Eye steak with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
- 2 rib eye steaks
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
To create the best rib eye steak, preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Put salt and pepper on steak and place rib-eye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.  Meanwhile, combine and heat balsamic vinegar, red wine and brown sugar and reduce to a glaze.  Remove rib-eye steaks from grill and pour sauce over top.
