Perfect Rib Eye Steak Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 ribeye steak
- 3 flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup green peppers
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream 
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Put salt and pepper on steak and place ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.  Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan, saute green peppers and mushrooms and add cilantro.  Remove ribeye steaks from grill and cut steak into slices.  Place ribeye steak into flour tortilla and top with cheese, green pepper mixture, sour cream and salsa.  Wrap all ingredients together and serve the perfect rib eye steak wraps with tortilla chips.

Grilled Ribeye Steak with White Wine Reduction

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup demi glaze
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Put salt and pepper on steak and place ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.  Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce white wine to half and add demi glaze, mushrooms, garlic, basil and tarragon.  Simmer until slightly thickened.  Remove the grilled ribeye steak from grill and pour sauce over top.  Serve with side salad and whipped potatoes.

Teriyaki Marinated Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 rib-eye steaks
- 1 cup sliced green peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Marinade rib-eye steaks in teriyaki sauce for 2-5 hours.  Preheat grill to Medium-high heat.  Place rib-eye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.  Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.  Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet and saute onions and green peppers for 3-4 minutes.  Remove steaks from grill and place green pepper mixture on top.  Serve with fried rice. 

Beer and Bacon Marinade for Rib Eye Steak

Ingredients:
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 3 slices cooked bacon chopped
- 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups beer

Directions:
To create the beer and bacon marinade for rib eye steak, combine bacon, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and beer.  Place ribeye steaks in marinade for 2-8 hours.  Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Sear steaks on both sides for 1-2 minutes each.  Reduce heat to medium and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.  Serve with au gratin potatoes and favorite greens.
