Ingredients:
- 2 boneless rib eye steaks
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp shallots chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil. Season the boneless ribeye steaks with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and place into oven for 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the butter in a skillet and saute the shallots until tender. Slice the boneless ribeye steak against the grain into 2-3 inch thick slices and pour the shallots on top to serve.
