Ingredients:
- 2 bone in ribeye steaks
- 4oz can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to Medium-high heat. Put salt and pepper on steak and place the bone in ribeye steaks on grill and sear each side for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat and grill for 5-6 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix beef broth and flour together in saucepan and add garlic powder. Bring to a boil stirring often. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer until thickened.
Remove the bone in ribeye steaks from grill and pour mushroom gravy on top. Serve immediately with favorite roasted potato recipe.
