Beef Ribeye Steak with Onions and Chives

Ingredients:
- 2 beef rib eye steaks
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat.  Season each beef rib eye steak with garlic powder, salt and pepper and place onto the grill for 3-5 minutes per side until done.  Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small skillet and saute the onion and chives.  Add the dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the sauteed onions and chives and bring to a boil.  Pour the juice over top of the beef ribeye steaks to serve.
