Ingredients:
- 2 beef rib steaks
- 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp tarragon

Directions:
Press the ground peppercorn into the beef rib steaks.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown both sides of the beef rib steaks for about 3-5 minutes.  Remove the beef rib steaks from the pan and set on a heated plate.

Add the red wine to the skillet and scrap any drippings left behind from the beef rib steaks.  Add the cream, salt and tarragon to the red wine in the skillet and heat until thickened.  Pour the cream sauce over top of each rib steak to serve.
