Country Fried Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 3 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
To make a delicious country fried ribeye steak, heat vegetable oil to medium. Meanwhile combine in mixing bowl all purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and tarragon. Beat eggs and add milk to mixture. Cover each ribeye steak with flour mixture and place into egg mixture. Then coat each ribeye steak with breadcrumbs and place into heated oil. Fry for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with sweet potato fries.
Spanish Baked Rib Eye Steak with Tomato
Ingredients:
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 red or green pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat 1/2 olive oil in skillet and sear ribeye steaks on all sides for 1 minute. Place Ribeye steaks into oven for 5-8 minutes or preferred doneness. Meanwhile, add remaining olive oil into skillet ans saute pepper, garlic and onion until soft. Add oregano, basil and tomatoes and combine. Place the baked rib eye steak on a platter and top with tomato mixture. Serve with Spanish style rice and beans.
Beer and Bacon Marinade for Rib Eye Steak
Ingredients:
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 3 slices cooked bacon chopped
- 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups beer
Directions:
To create the beer and bacon marinade for rib eye steak, combine bacon, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and beer. Place ribeye steaks in marinade for 2-8 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear steaks on both sides for 1-2 minutes each. Reduce heat to medium and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness. Serve with au gratin potatoes and favorite greens.
Red Wine Marinated Rib Eye Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 cup red wine
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, combine parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, onion, garlic and red wine. Place ribeye steaks in marinade for 2-8 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear steaks on both sides for 1-2 minutes each. Reduce heat to medium and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve the marinated rib eye steak with favorite potato.
